Do I need equipment?

We will go over what strength training equipment we recommend for this program – all of which you can get for less than $100 – that you can use to complete 100's of workouts from the comfort of home. Don't want to invest in any equipment yet? You can still get started with no equipment.

You will also need dependable internet to follow along with the workouts. 

Can I do this from home?

Yes! The program is designed to be completed from the comfort of home. However, if you do have access to a gym, you can also follow the program and complete your workouts there. 

How much time do I need?

30 minutes, 3X per week to follow along with the workouts. It takes much less time than you think it does to change your life with an effectively designed strength training program.

What happens when I enroll?
